UC Health is hiring a Full Time Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor for the Surgical ICU at the University of Cincinnati Medical Center.
The RN Supervisor will support the Medical Center's Surgical ICU, delivering high-quality care to patients based on assessed needs, established standards of care, and according to policy and procedures.

The RN Supervisor assumes responsibility for ensuring excellent patient care, maintaining efficient patient flow with a focus on customer service, and supervising nursing staff. The RN Supervisor will also participate in staff evaluations, assist with cost containment, and manage all employees to do the same. Effective leadership and interpersonal communication skills are essential.
