Job Summary

The Clinical Registered Nurse supports care enhancement programs by providing high-quality telephonic support, coordinating with healthcare teams, and ensuring cost-effective, appropriate resource utilization to achieve optimal health outcomes. The nurse will identify at-risk participants early and collaborate with Primary Care Providers for intervention.

Available Shifts

• Monday-Friday: 7am-3:30pm CT and every 3rd Saturday 8am-4:30pm CT
• Monday-Friday: 11am-7:30pm CT and every 3rd Saturday 8am-4:30pm CT
• Monday-Friday: 11:30am-8pm CT and every 3rd Saturday 8am-4:30pm CT

Training

Four-week training from 8am to 4:30pm CT. Attendance is mandatory for the first 60 days.

Qualifications

• Current RN license for the state of employment, with ability to obtain others as required
• High School diploma and Nursing diploma (Associate or Bachelor’s preferred)
• Minimum 3 years recent clinical experience
• Knowledge of physiology and chronic diseases
• Effective communication skills
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with Windows
• Ability to educate and motivate patients telephonically

• Identify and address barriers to healthcare access
• Coordinate with healthcare team members for continuity of care
