Registered Dietitian - Medical Nutrition Specialist. Founder & CEO NutritionECW LLC

NutritionECW is seeking a dynamic, self-motivated candidate for a Functional/Integrative gastrointestinal expertise Registered Dietitian (RD). This is a part-time RD position that can turn into a full-time role.

About the job

This position is ideal for RDs who wish to grow in MNT specialties by gradually increasing work hours without full outside commitments.

This part-time position offers several options:

1. Fully virtual (Independent Contractor - 1099)
2. Hybrid, ideal for RDs licensed in GA (1099 & W2)

This role requires at least 3 years of proven expertise in one or more of the following:

• Gastrointestinal conditions (IBS, Ulcerative colitis, Crohn’s disease, etc.), elimination diet, food sensitivities, weight management issues, among others for adults, kids, and pregnant women.
• Pediatrics (only for hybrid position): picky eaters, texture issues, autism spectrum disorder, Down syndrome, etc.

Duties and responsibilities

• Specialize in using nutrition as therapy, conducting detailed assessments, developing care plans, monitoring, and evaluating ongoing nutrition-related medical conditions, and providing education.
• Work independently, document patient records promptly.
• Maintain integrity and commitment to patient care and continued learning.
• Dedicate a minimum of 10 patient-facing hours per week, expected 10-20+ hours/week (40-80+ hours/month).
• Understand the Nutrition Care Process and charting requirements.
• Provide three professional references.

Qualifications

• Registered Dietitian by the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics (CDR)
• Current license in Georgia
• Strong background in dietetics and nutrition; Master's preferred
• Certified Nutrition Support Clinician (CNSC) or Certified Functional RD preferred
• Fluency in Spanish preferred

Schedule

• Minimum 10 patient-facing hours per week (40 hours/month)
• Monday to Friday shifts
• Hybrid position: 4-6 days/month at Johns Creek office + flexible virtual follow-ups
