About Josi Health

Josi Health is a fast-growing virtual behavioral health company focused on making autism and ADHD evaluations, therapy, and ongoing care more accessible, faster, and less stressful for families. We operate across 40+ states and partner with major commercial insurance carriers to deliver high-quality care through a distributed network of licensed psychologists and therapists.

Every clinician we successfully hire directly increases patient access to care. Every recruiting decision influences how quickly families receive answers and treatment.

As we continue to scale nationally, we're looking for an experienced Clinical Recruitment Manager to build and own the clinical recruiting function.

About the Role

At Josi Health, our mission is to help families access autism and ADHD care faster and with greater support. To help us meet the growing demand for our services, we are looking for a dedicated Clinical Recruiter to join our team.

In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top-tier clinical talent—including psychologists, licensed therapists, and other clinical professionals. You will partner closely with our clinical leadership to understand their hiring needs, guide candidates through a seamless interview process, and ensure we are bringing in empathetic, highly qualified professionals to serve our patients.

What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)

Full-Cycle Recruiting: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for clinical roles, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and closing.

Candidate Sourcing: Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified clinical candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, professional networks, and targeted outreach.

Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with clinical leaders and hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, define candidate profiles, and provide regular updates on pipeline progress.

Candidate Experience: Ensure a warm, responsive, and professional experience for all candidates throughout the interview process, reflecting Josi Health's core values.

Process Execution: Maintain accurate, up-to-date candidate data within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and ensure interview processes move efficiently.

Market Insights: Keep a pulse on the healthcare talent market and share insights with the team on how we can remain competitive in attracting clinical talent.

What We’re Looking For (Qualifications)

Experience: 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally within the healthcare, behavioral health, or clinical space.

Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with clinical credentials, licenses, and the general landscape of behavioral health hiring (e.g., psychologists, LCSWs, BCBAs, etc.).

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to connect authentically with clinical professionals.

Organizational Skills: Strong ability to manage multiple open requisitions, prioritize effectively, and keep details organized in a fast-paced environment.

Mission-Driven: A genuine passion for our mission to improve access to autism and ADHD care for families.

Why Join Josi Health?
