Qualifications

• Doctoral degree in Psychology (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) from an accredited program.
• Active state licensure as a Clinical Psychologist (PsyPact certification a plus).
• Strong interest in psychological testing, intake assessments, and diagnostic interviewing.
• Comfort with telehealth platforms and a passion for tech-enabled care.
• Cultural humility and the ability to connect with diverse populations.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive tele-diagnostic evaluations for autism and ADHD across children, adolescents, and adults.
• Deliver clear, empathetic feedback that empowers patients and families.
• Develop personalized, evidence-based treatment recommendations.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of clinicians, technologists, and care coordinators.
• Contribute to research and clinical innovation in neurodevelopmental care.
• Mentor junior clinicians and trainees (optional, based on interest).
