Job summary

Centria is seeking a Clinical Recruiter to source, recruit, and hire individuals interested in working with children on the Autism Spectrum. You will recruit Behavior Technicians and BCBA Supervising Clinicians who directly supervise a team of Behavior Technicians.

This role supports four time zones and requires managing pipelines, phone screens, scheduling interviews, posting requisitions, and reporting progress in regular meetings while upholding Centria values.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 1 year of sales or recruiting experience preferred.
• Experience in a fast paced, high-volume production, metrics driven environment required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned market and pipeline of candidate applications.
• Reach out to new applicants and move them through Greenhouse stages.
• Phone screen candidates as the first step of our recruiting process.
• Schedule interviews for candidates who pass the phone screen and align with Centria values.

• Participate in recurring meetings to report progress.
• Perform other related duties and projects, as assigned.

Position Summary

Centria's Recruiting Department supports over 3,000 geographically dispersed team members covering four time zones. As a Clinical Recruiter, you will source, recruit, and hire individuals interested in working with children on the Autism Spectrum. Those candidates will become Behavior Technicians who will provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Therapy or BCBAs (Supervising Clinicians), who directly supervise a team of Behavior Technicians. ABA Therapy is a Surgeon General approved and peer-reviewed science that shows a significant impact across social and functional living skills for children and young adults on the Autism Spectrum.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Effectively manage assigned business market and pipeline of new candidate applications in that area.
• Conduct candidate reach out to new applicants and move them through Greenhouse stages appropriately.
• Conduct candidate phone screen as the first step of our recruiting process.
• Schedule any candidates who pass the phone screen and demonstrate Centria Values with a final interview with a Recruiter.
• Post requisitions to job boards and audit active requisitions as necessary.
• Participate in recurring meetings to report progress.
• Perform other related duties and projects, as assigned.

Qualifications

Education/Licenses

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Work Experience

• 1 year of sales or recruiting experience preferred

Equipment and Technology Requirements

• Basic computer skills
• Working knowledge of laptop/desktop PC

Working Conditions

• Centria's office hours are Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM.
• Additional time or occasional shifts in schedule may be required to complete the above work or meet company objectives.

Physical Demands

While performing the duties of this job, physical requirements such as bending, reaching, lifting, pushing, or pulling up to 30 pounds may be required. This role will require sitting most of the day as well as walking and standing periodically. This role may require close visual acuity on computer screens or monitors and the ability to analyze data and figures on a screen.
