Job summary

OrthoMed Anesthesia in Addison, TX is seeking a Physician/CRNA/CAA Recruiter to manage the full recruitment cycle for anesthesia physicians, CRNAs, CAAs, and office staff on-site.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in healthcare recruitment, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and familiarity with applicant tracking systems (Paycom preferred). You will partner with hiring managers, craft accurate job descriptions, source candidates, and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in healthcare recruitment for physician, CRNA, and CAA staffing.
• Strong understanding of the healthcare industry, particularly in anesthesia services.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools (Paycom preferred).

Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and recruit qualified anesthesia physicians, CRNAs, and CAAs for various locations within our partner network.
• Recruit biller, scheduler, poster, etc. positions within the organization.
• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, resume reviews, interviews, and offer negotiations.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to create accurate job descriptions and understand current staffing needs and future plans.

The Physician/CRNA/CAA Recruiter serves as the primary liaison between OrthoMed Anesthesia and potential candidates, ensuring we attract and retain top talent in the competitive healthcare industry. This role requires a deep understanding of the healthcare recruitment landscape, particularly in anesthesia services. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successful placements and the ability to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies. The Physician/CRNA/CAA Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle for anesthesia physicians, CRNAs, CAAs, and other office professionals, contributing directly to the growth and success of our organization. This is a full-time on-site position reporting to the Director of Human Resources.

Key Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and recruit qualified anesthesia physicians, CRNAs, and CAAs for various locations within our partner network
• Recruit biller, scheduler, poster, etc. positions within the organization
• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent
• Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, resume review, interviews, and offer negotiations
• Collaborate with hiring managers to create accurate job descriptions, understand current staffing needs and future plans while maintaining ongoing positive interactions and support
• Sustain a pipeline of qualified candidates for existing and future job openings
• Attend job fairs, networking events, and professional conferences to promote the organization and source candidates
• Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare recruitment regulations and best practices
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and provide regular reports on recruitment metrics
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in healthcare recruitment for physician, CRNA, and CAA staffing required
• Strong understanding of the healthcare industry, particularly in anesthesia services
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven track record of successful placements in the healthcare field
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools, preferably Paycom
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Healthcare-specific certifications (e.g., NAHCR, NAHP, etc.) are a plus
• Available for occasional travel as needed
