Penn Dental Medicine has an ongoing need for Clinical Receptionists across many different departments. This posting describes the basic responsibilities and requirements for a Clinical Receptionist role. PATIENT EXPERIENCE
PATIENT RESPONSIBILITIES:
PROFESSIONAL ATTRIBUTES
A High School Diploma or GED and 1 to 2 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience is required. Experience with windows based software required. Axium dental software experience preferred. One to Two years' experience in a professional office setting required. Knowledge of dental terminology and dental procedures preferred. Excellent customer service skills required. Excellent oral and written communication skills required.
