Qualifications

• Current junior or senior pursuing Communications, English, business administration, public health, healthcare management, or related business program.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively work with the business areas.
• Experience developing and modifying communications for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Excellent research skills and ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple projects to meet deadlines.
• Demonstrated experience collaborating to create new ideas and improve processes.
• A self-starter who can work independently or within a cross-functional team.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with leaders on small deliverables and cross-divisional work.
• Inventory and categorize Health Services Clinical Quality and Training resources.
• Evaluate SharePoint navigation and document organization.
• Improve content discoverability through metadata and tagging.
• Document Copilot use cases for finding and summarizing resources.
• Develop quick-reference guides to support adoption.
• Deliver final recommendations and a sustainable content-governance framework.
