MercyOne Medical Group in Northeast Iowa seeks a Clinical Integration Specialist to support regional quality and safety initiatives and infection prevention across the medical group. You will work closely with leadership, providers, and staff to implement strategies that improve patient outcomes and ensure regulatory compliance.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in nursing or health administration and a registered nurse license in Iowa, with at least three years in a clinical setting.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing, health administration or related field required.
• Iowa licensure as a Registered Nurse required.
• Requires minimum three (3) years in a clinical setting.

• Support quality and safety strategies and regulatory requirements (CMS, DIAL, TJC).
• Assist in quality and safety programs to improve outcomes and reduce harm.
