Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or higher) in a related field; 3–5 years of related experience or training.
• Proficient in mathematics and analytical problem solving.
• Strong computer skills; able to handle complex data and reporting.
• Excellent written and spoken English; professional communication at all levels.
• Knowledge of calibration, preventive maintenance and validation per cGMP requirements.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, coach, and develop a team of Quality Specialists and Inspectors.
• Coordinate with Clinical Quality and other PCI units to align goals with customer requirements.
• Support customer audits, deviations investigations, and CAPAs; lead corrective actions.
• Oversee calibration, maintenance, qualification, and validation activities.
• Manage and report on team performance metrics and customer scorecards.
