The manager will coach staff, manage audits and CAPAs, and drive continuous improvement while ensuring adherence to cGMP and company policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field and/or 3–5 years related experience.
• College level mathematical skills are required.
• Advanced computer skills with ability to perform complex tasks.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, empower, coach, develop and retain a Quality team to meet objectives on time and within budget.
• Coordinate with PCI-Boston teams to ensure quality product/service delivery.
• Support customer audits, deviations investigations, CAPAs and calibration activities.
• Manage training, onboarding, and performance metrics for the team; report on status and KPIs.
