Job summary

Responsibilities

• Coordinate performance improvement programs across Baptist Health hospitals
• Identify opportunities to improve outcomes in a cost-effective manner
• Collaborate with other disciplines, facilities and agencies
• Lead and coordinate quality initiatives
• Standardize processes based on clinically evidence-based research
• Support regulatory agencies’ clinical quality standards compliance
