Bryan Health seeks a Clinical Quality Specialist to promote optimal patient care across the medical center. The role involves coordinating clinical activities, professional and public education, patient education, and performance improvement initiatives to support quality goals and regulatory compliance.

The specialist serves as a resource to leaders, preceptors, educators and staff, guiding quality improvement teams and ensuring data-driven insights inform action plans and policy development.

Qualifications

• RN licensure in Nebraska or an approved compact state.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of five years progressive clinical nursing experience.

Responsibilities

• Support the complaint and grievance process by coordinating investigations and tracking follow-up activities.
• Coordinate incident reporting workflow activities and follow up with department leaders.
• Maintain logs of complaints, grievances, incidents, and related follow-up actions.
• Assist with internal investigations and gathering documentation for corrective actions.
• Prepare and distribute correspondence related to complaints, grievances, incidents, and risk matters.
• Present data on complaints, grievances and incidents to KRMC senior executives.
• Collaborate with leadership to evaluate events for compliance with laws and standards.
• Release information to agencies per regulations and leadership authorization.
• Support risk management education and training activities in collaboration with HR and Compliance.

Education
