Job summary

UF Health seeks a Clinical Quality Nurse Leader with a master's in nursing to provide clinical leadership and analytical support within a multidisciplinary team. You will drive excellence in patient and family experience, quality outcomes and nurse satisfaction through leadership in research, education and practice.

Qualifications

• Master's in Nursing required.
• ACLS, NRP, and STABLE certifications must be obtained within six months of hire.
• Licensed to practice nursing in Florida with current BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide unit-based clinical leadership and participate in multidisciplinary teams.
• Advocate for reforming unit delivery systems to implement best practices.
• Support nursing research, education and practice within the unit.
