Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Public Health, or related field required.
• Current licenses and certifications based on clinical expertise.
• One year of clinical experience with exposure to performance/quality improvement.

Responsibilities

• Develops, designs, and maintains quality and patient safety dashboards for clinical leaders and other key stakeholders.
• Identifies, analyzes, and interprets trends in complex data to locate new improvement opportunities.
• Maintains clear documentation on the peer review process.
• Utilizes standard definitions for quality indicators.
• Conducts literature searches to identify current standards.
• Makes presentations to physicians, nursing, and other clinicians regarding interpretation of data.
