Clinical Quality Enrichment Director (Finance)

Under the direction of the Legal Department, the Quality Enrichment Program Director, Clinical, is responsible for enhancing a culture of providing quality care and services to senior living residents, promoting regulatory compliance, and advancing adherence to policies and procedures. This role leads strategic peer review initiatives focused on resident care and services.

  1. Conducts peer review visits at senior living communities, focusing on quality standards, regulatory compliance, and policy adherence.
  2. Assesses risks related to care and services offered to residents.
  3. Prepares and reports privileged and confidential findings to the Legal Department.
  4. Reviews state regulatory agency surveys and other relevant materials to prepare for peer reviews.
  5. Collaborates with internal and external experts to develop and implement quality initiatives.
  6. Stays informed about senior living best practices, regulations, and policies.
  7. Provides confidential findings of peer reviews and risk assessments to leadership.
  8. Conducts internal investigations in response to resident incidents or community practices, in anticipation of litigation.
  9. Reports findings from investigations for decision-making purposes.
