Job summary

Reliant Rehabilitation in Ohio is seeking a qualified Physical Therapist to deliver high-quality therapy services in collaboration with facilities and patients. You will screen, evaluate, develop and implement treatment plans, discharge plans, and supervise PTAs and Rehab Techs.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program
• Valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist

Responsibilities

• Maximize patient function and independence through direct and supervised physical therapy
• Provide clinical oversight and consultation to Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs)
• Supervise PTAs and Rehab Techs during individual and group treatments, ensuring efficient resource use and skill development
• Establish and grow a robust physical therapy program
• Maintain a valid state license and stay informed on industry trends and healthcare regulations
• Understand billing models and deliver care aligned with treatment guidelines and expected outcomes
• Adhere to infection control and environmental safety protocols
• Communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing, maintaining confidentiality and state practice act compliance
