Job summary

Reliant Rehabilitation in Ohio is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to deliver high-quality therapy services across partner facilities. You will assess patients, develop treatment plans, and coordinate with clinical teams to ensure compliant, effective care.

You will supervise PTAs and Rehab Techs, contribute to program development, stay current with state regulations, and help grow the physical therapy program while maintaining professional standards.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an APTA‑accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist.

Responsibilities

• Maximize patient function through direct and supervised physical therapy.
• Provide clinical oversight to Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs).
• Supervise PTAs and Rehab Techs during treatments to ensure efficiency and skill development.
• Establish and grow a robust physical therapy program.
• Maintain a valid state license and stay informed on industry regulations.
• Understand billing models and deliver care aligned with treatment guidelines and outcomes.
• Adhere to infection control and environmental safety protocols.
