North Boulder Physical Therapy is seeking a licensed physical therapist to join our Golden, CO clinic. You will deliver evidence‑based care with clinical autonomy and access to mentorship, CE funds, and leadership growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• A Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.
• A Colorado physical therapy license, or eligibility for one.
• All experience levels are encouraged to apply.
• Strong communication skills that put patients at ease.
• Interest in growing into a leadership role down the line.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Evaluating patients and building individualized, evidence‑based treatment plans.
• Hands‑on interventions through manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and specialty modalities.
• Teaching patients and their families about recovery, home exercise, and injury prevention.
• Tracking progress and adjusting plans as patients progress.
• Collaborating with other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care.
• Documenting in line with HIPAA and state and federal rules, using AI tools that cut down on paperwork instead of adding to it.
