Stone Alliance Group seeks a Staff Associate, Psychopharmacology for a San Mateo, CA on-site role. You will support clinicians, patients, and families with administrative tasks in a clinical program, ensuring smooth treatment processes.

The position is full-time, non-exempt, located in the San Francisco Bay Area, with a starting salary of $65,000–$70,000 USD per year and a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical insurance and a 401(k).

Qualifications

• 2+ years of administrative or office experience.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Provide a high-quality patient experience for families receiving care.
• Manage clinicians' calendars and schedule appointments in the EMR system.
• Facilitate phone and email communication between clinicians and patients.
• Collect initial patient information, perform intakes and coordinate services.
• Check in patient appointments and process daily billing through the EMR system.
• Maintain accurate and updated patient records.
• Follow HIPAA guidelines and protect personal health information.
• Handle prescription requests and prior authorizations with pharmacies and insurers.
• Provide psychopharmacology support coverage as needed.
