Why Optum Behavioral Care
As a Testing Clinical Psychologist, you will focus on psychological traits such as personality, emotions, and behavior. This includes testing for disorders like anxiety, depression, ADHD, and Autism spectrum disorder to diagnose mental health conditions and guide treatment plans tailored to our diverse patient population. You will build rapport with patients quickly and coordinate care with internal and external providers, forming strong provider-patient alliances. The Psychologist role is in an outpatient clinical setting, involving direct patient interaction.

The salary range for this role is $89,800 to $176,700 annually, based on full-time employment and factors such as location, education, experience, and certifications. UnitedHealth Group complies with all applicable minimum wage laws. In addition to salary, benefits include a comprehensive package, incentive and recognition programs, stock purchase options, and 401k contributions, subject to eligibility.
