As a Testing Clinical Psychologist, your focus will be on psychological traits such as personality, emotions, and behaviors, including testing for disorders like anxiety, depression, ADHD, and Autism spectrum disorders. You will diagnose mental health conditions and develop tailored treatment plans for our diverse patient population. The role involves building rapport with patients and coordinating care with internal and external providers in an outpatient setting.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct individual, family, or group therapy sessions ethically and based on medical necessity
• Develop and coordinate clinical treatment programs for diagnosis, treatment, or referral
• Perform psychological assessments and interpret results
• Involve patients and families in treatment planning as appropriate
• Lead crisis interventions and develop functional assessments and behavioral intervention plans
• Complete clinical documentation according to policy

Required Qualifications:

• Active and unrestricted (PhD, PsyD) license in California or working towards licensure
• At least 2 years of experience in psychological testing and interpretation
• At least 2 years of experience providing psychotherapy to individuals, families, and groups
• Ability to work in-person at the location

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in health psychology
• Proficiency with clinical software and documentation tools (Excel, Outlook, EHRs like Athena RMS)
• Experience with a wide range of clinical presentations
• Significant outpatient experience evaluating adults and/or children
• Competence in diagnostic assessments, psychiatric testing, and outpatient therapy
• Knowledge of neuropsychological, CBT, and evidence-based interventions

The salary range is $89,800 to $176,700 annually, based on full-time employment and various factors such as experience, education, and location. Benefits include comprehensive packages, incentive programs, stock options, and 401k contributions, subject to eligibility.
