Job summary

Elevate Counseling is hiring a Clinical Psychologist (PsyD or PhD) to join our growing team in the Chicago area. You will build a caseload across teens, adults, couples, and families, providing evidence-based therapy with support from a collaborative admin/clinical team.

We offer flexible scheduling, the option to work at our Westmont or downtown Chicago offices, or a hybrid arrangement, and opportunities to conduct psychological assessments to expand services.

Qualifications

• Doctoral degree in Clinical or Counseling Psychology (PsyD or PhD) from an APA-accredited program.
• Active, unrestricted license to practice as a Clinical Psychologist in Illinois (or license-eligible).
• Ability and desire to conduct psychological assessments.
• Culturally competent, trauma-informed approach to therapy.
• Collaborative, positive attitude and desire to be part of a growing group practice.
• Bonus points: training/certifications in modalities like EMDR, CBT, IFS, DBT or experience running intensives/support groups.

Responsibilities

• Provide highly effective, evidence-based therapy to teens, adults, couples, families, and diverse groups.
• Optional: Conduct psychological assessments and testing (ADHD, neurodiversity, diagnostic clarification).
• Tailor caseload to clinical strengths across trauma, anxiety, sports performance, or couples work.
• Engage in case consultation and peer collaboration within a warm team environment.
• Offer flexible setup: in-office or hybrid schedule across Westmont and Chicago offices.
