Job summary

Elevate Counseling in Illinois is seeking a Clinical Psychologist (PsyD or PhD) to join a growing, supportive group practice. You’ll build a caseload aligned with your clinical passions while backed by a collaborative administrative and clinical team.

We welcome psychologists who conduct evidence-based therapy, perform assessments, and tailor treatment to teens, adults, couples, and families. Hybrid schedule offered with offices in Westmont and downtown Chicago.

Qualifications

• Doctoral degree in Clinical or Counseling Psychology (PsyD or PhD).
• Active, unrestricted license to practice in Illinois (or license-eligible).
• Ability and desire to conduct psychological assessments.
• Trauma-informed, culturally competent therapy approach.

Responsibilities

• Provide highly effective, evidence-based therapy to diverse populations (teens, adults, couples, families, LGBTQ+).
• Optional: conduct psychological testing and evaluations (e.g., ADHD, neurodiversity).
• Tailor your caseload to your clinical strengths (trauma, anxiety, etc.).
• Collaborate with a warm, team-oriented environment with case consultation.
