Elevate Counseling is a growing group practice in Illinois seeking a Clinical Psychologist (PsyD or PhD) to join full-time. You will provide evidence-based therapy, conduct assessments if desired, and tailor your caseload with a supportive team. Hybrid options include Westmont or Chicago offices, with a focus on clinically diverse populations.

The role emphasizes collaboration, cultural competency, and opportunities for specialized training and group facilitation as the practice expands.

Qualifications

• Doctoral degree in Clinical or Counseling Psychology (PsyD or PhD) from an APA-accredited program.
• Active, unrestricted license to practice as a Clinical Psychologist in Illinois (or license-eligible).
• Ability and desire to conduct psychological assessments (highly valued).
• Culturally competent, trauma-informed approach to therapy.
• Collaborative, positive attitude toward a growing group practice.
• Bonus points: EMDR, CBT, IFS, DBT or experience running intensives/support groups.

Responsibilities

• Provide highly effective, evidence-based therapy to Teens, Adults, Couples, Families, BIPOC, and LGBTQ+ clients.
• OPTIONAL: Conduct psychological assessments (e.g., ADHD, neurodiversity, diagnostic clarification).
• Tailor caseload to your clinical strengths with support from a collaborative team.
• Participate in case consultation and peer support within a warm, team-oriented environment.
• Choose to work from Westmont or Chicago offices or maintain a hybrid schedule.
