Qualifications

• Doctorate in psychology and experience with mental health delivery systems.
• Significant professional experience in diagnosis and treatment of psychological disorders and psychological evaluation techniques.
• Licensed to practice psychology in the state of employment by the appropriate state licensing agency.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical and consultation services in line with professional standards and facility policies.
• Deliver direct clinical services, crisis management, psychological testing, and evaluation as required to meet mental health service needs.
• Ensure adherence to ethical and professional standards of care and participate in case staffing and quality improvement activities.
• Develop and implement goals and objectives for clinical services provided and assist with staff recruitment and selection .
• Participate in supervision, staff development, crisis intervention, and other administrative and managerial responsibilities as needed.
