Job summary

Summa Health in Akron, Ohio is seeking a licensed (or license-eligible) Clinical Psychologist for General Outpatient. You will join a 60+ clinician multidisciplinary team within a large, integrated health system, delivering evidence-based care and shaping practice across medical and behavioral health settings.

The role offers a hybrid care model, opportunities to supervise trainees, ongoing continuing education, and access to advanced facilities such as the Juve Family Behavioral Health Pavilion

Qualifications

• PhD or PsyD in Clinical or Counseling Psychology.
• Completion of an APA-accredited internship.
• Ohio licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure.

Responsibilities

• Conduct diagnostic evaluations and deliver individual and group psychotherapy.
• Optional involvement in psychological and neuropsychological testing.
• Mentor and supervise graduate-level trainees.
• Collaborate within an integrated care model alongside medical and behavioral health professionals.
• Engage in non-clinical activities as needed (e.g. meetings, scheduling, emails).
