Job summary

Summa Health in Akron, Ohio is seeking a licensed (or license-eligible) Clinical Psychologist for its General Outpatient program. The role operates within a 60+ clinician multidisciplinary team, offering opportunities to shape practice, specialize areas, and collaborate across medical and behavioral health settings.

Qualifications

• PhD or PsyD in Clinical or Counseling Psychology is required.
• Completion of an APA-accredited internship is required.
• Ohio licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure is required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct diagnostic evaluations and deliver individual psychotherapy.
• Conduct group psychotherapy as applicable.
• Mentor and supervise graduate-level trainees.
• Collaborate within an integrated care model with medical and behavioral health professionals.
• Engage in non-clinical activities (meetings, scheduling, correspondence).
