Job summary

Summa Health's Behavioral Health Institute in Akron, Ohio, is expanding and seeks a licensed (or license-eligible) Clinical Psychologist to deliver high-quality, evidence-based care in a collaborative, team-driven environment.

You will diagnose, provide individual and group therapy, mentor graduate trainees, and collaborate across medical and behavioral health settings within a large integrated health system, with hybrid in-person and telehealth options.

Qualifications

• PhD or PsyD in Clinical or Counseling Psychology, required or near completion.
• Completion of an APA-accredited internship.
• Ohio licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure.

Responsibilities

• Conduct diagnostic evaluations and deliver individual and group psychotherapy.
• Optional involvement in psychological and neuropsychological testing.
• Mentor and supervise graduate-level trainees.
• Collaborate within an integrated care model alongside medical and behavioral health professionals.
• Engage in non-clinical activities as needed (e.g. attending meetings, scheduling patients, etc.)
