Job summary

Summa Health's Behavioral Health Institute is expanding. We are seeking a licensed (or license-eligible) Clinical Psychologist to provide evidence-based care in a supportive, team-driven environment in Akron, Ohio.

You will conduct diagnostic evaluations and deliver individual and group psychotherapy, with optional testing. You will mentor trainees and collaborate across medical and behavioral health settings in a hybrid care model.

Qualifications

• PhD or PsyD in Clinical or Counseling Psychology
• Completion of an APA-accredited internship
• Ohio licensure (or eligibility to obtain licensure)

Responsibilities

• Conduct diagnostic evaluations and deliver individual and group psychotherapy
• Optional involvement in psychological and neuropsychological testing
• Mentor and supervise graduate-level trainees
• Collaborate within an integrated care model alongside medical and behavioral health professionals
• Engage in non-clinical activities as needed (e.g. attending meetings, calling patients, scheduling patients, responding to emails, etc.)
