ExecutiveMental Health seeks a Clinical Psychologist to deliver geropsychology services in skilled nursing facilities across California. This full-time, on-site role focuses on evidence-based care, multidisciplinary collaboration, and patient-centered support for residents with cognitive and medical complexities.

You will work with a multidisciplinary team to prevent hospitalizations, support staff, and restore dignity to residents, while ensuring Medicare-compliant documentation and outcomes.

Qualifications

• PhD or PsyD in Clinical Psychology is required.
• License in California is required.
• Medicare-eligibility is preferred and helps credentialing.

Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, and treat residents in skilled nursing facilities.
• Provide psychological services to geriatric and medically complex populations.
• Manage an active caseload with clinical manager support.
• Collaborate with facility staff and leadership to stabilize care and improve quality of life.
• Complete documentation compliant with Medicare standards.
