Job summary

Equus Workforce Solutions in New York, NY is seeking a licensed Clinical Psychologist to perform evaluations and mental health screenings to determine Functional Capacity Outcomes (FCO) and assign participants to service tracks.

Responsibilities include emergent assessments for high-risk cases, accurate documentation in SEAMS, and collaboration with health professionals and the Medical Director to ensure timely completion of evaluations. Bilingual skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• NY licensed clinical psychologist with active license.
• Minimum three years of evaluation experience resulting in FCO determinations.
• Experience in fast-paced, performance-driven teams.
• TANF experience preferred.
• Fluency in an additional language is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychological evaluations and mental health screenings to determine Functional Capacity Outcomes (FCO).
• Provide emergent evaluations and safety recommendations for high-risk participants.
• Document evaluations and interactions in the SEAMS system.
• Collaborate with health professionals and the Medical Director to complete assessments daily.
• Participate in team meetings and trainings to improve assessment processes.
• Ensure evaluations are conducted in the participant’s primary language where possible.
