About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Clinical Psychologist to join a mission-driven organization serving individuals with developmental disabilities. The psychologist will play a key role in conducting evaluations, determining eligibility, collaborating with physicians and interdisciplinary teams, and supporting case management services. This position offers the opportunity to make a lasting impact on children, adults, and families while working in a supportive clinical environment.
Compensation
Compensation: $112,000 – $130,000 annually (contingent on experience)
Base pay range: $112,000.00/yr - $130,000.00/yr

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct psychological evaluations for individuals with developmental disabilities.
- Perform eligibility reviews in accordance with state and federal guidelines.
- Administer, score, and interpret standardized assessments, including:
- Autism Diagnostic Observation Schedule (ADOS), Wechsler scales
- Vineland Adaptive Behavior Scales
- Bayley Scales of Infant and Toddler Development
- Provide clinical consultation and support to case management staff.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare providers to ensure coordinated care.
- Prepare comprehensive psychological reports and documentation.
- Participate in training, committees, and occasional court testimony regarding eligibility determinations.
Requirements
- PhD or PsyD in Psychology required.
- Active California license as a psychologist required.
- Required experience in:
- Eligibility reviews for services.
- Case management support and physician collaboration.
- Strong analytical, clinical formulation, and report-writing skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, collaborative with team and great communication.
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus, not required.
