We are seeking a dedicated Clinical Psychologist to join a mission-driven organization serving individuals with developmental disabilities. The psychologist will play a key role in conducting evaluations, determining eligibility, collaborating with physicians and interdisciplinary teams, and supporting case management services. Compensation

Compensation: $112,000 – $130,000 annually (contingent on experience)

Base pay range: $112,000.00/yr - $130,000.00/yr

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct psychological evaluations for individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Perform eligibility reviews in accordance with state and federal guidelines.
• Administer, score, and interpret standardized assessments, including:
• Autism Diagnostic Observation Schedule (ADOS), Wechsler scales
• Vineland Adaptive Behavior Scales
• Bayley Scales of Infant and Toddler Development
• Provide clinical consultation and support to case management staff.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare providers to ensure coordinated care.
• Prepare comprehensive psychological reports and documentation.
• Participate in training, committees, and occasional court testimony regarding eligibility determinations.

Requirements

• PhD or PsyD in Psychology required.
• Active California license as a psychologist required.
• Required experience in:
• Eligibility reviews for services.
• Case management support and physician collaboration.
• Strong analytical, clinical formulation, and report-writing skills.
