Job Title : Clinical Psychologist - PSYPACT Licensing Support

Location : Austin, Texas

Contract Type : Affiliate Contractor

Work Hours : Flexible to your schedule

About the Role

We are seeking skilled Clinical Psychologists eager to expand their qualifications by obtaining a PSYPACT license to deliver telepsychology services across multiple states.

Our organization offers financial support throughout the application process, helping you gain the ability to provide psychological services under the PSYPACT agreement.

In this role, you'll provide one-to-one counseling and group well-being interventions remotely and at client sites, using evidence-based practices like CBT, ACT, and SFBT to support professionals in managing psychological challenges in their work environments. You'll play a key role in helping content industry professionals build resilience and cope with stress.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide online and in-person counseling.
  • Facilitate group well-being sessions to enhance resilience and foster healthy relationships.
  • Implement short-term, solution-focused interventions such as CBT, ACT, and SFBT.
  • Assess and manage clinical risks to ensure client well-being.
  • Conduct creative sessions using art, movement, music, food, and culture.
  • Maintain accurate case notes and session data promptly.
  • Communicate effectively with the clinical team.
  • Collaborate with the Clinical Team Lead, adhering to professional and ethical standards.
  • Stay updated on Trust & Safety developments to ensure best practices.

Experience & Qualifications

  • Doctoral degree (PhD or PsyD) in Clinical Psychology
  • Active license (LPCC, LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or MFTC) in a PSYPACT member state
  • Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience
  • Additional training in short-term, solution-focused therapy is a plus
  • Certification in suicide risk assessment (e.g., SafeTALK, ASIST) preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and video conferencing tools
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)
  • Strong data management and administrative skills
  • Ability to adapt and excel in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent time management and multitasking skills
