Position Overview
We are seeking a passionate, empathetic, part-time Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) Clinical Psychologist to join our growing team of mental health professionals. You will provide direct patient care in the form of psychotherapy and assessments via telehealth. Key Responsibilities
- Provide individual psychotherapy and psychological assessments to patients, using evidence-based treatment modalities.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and other therapists, to create comprehensive care plans.
- Maintain detailed clinical records, ensuring compliance with Innerwell's standards
- Participate in ongoing supervision, training, and professional development opportunities.
- Contribute to Innerwell’s holistic, integrated approach to patient care.
Qualifications:
- Doctorate in Clinical Psychology (PsyD) from an accredited institution.
- Active or in-process Psypact license.
- Exemption from collaboration agreement requirements in certain states due to sufficient working hours is also a bonus.
- Experience providing psychotherapy to adults, with a focus on depression, anxiety and trauma-informed care and modalities such as CBT, or ACT. EMDR experience and certification is highly desirable. Interest in transpersonal therapy and working with non-ordinary experiences is a plus.
- Familiarity with telehealth platforms and comfort in delivering care remotely.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to commit a minimum of 15 hours per week.
