Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assess patient health needs using physical and behavioral nursing skills.
• Develop and adjust nursing care plans with other health professionals.
• Administer medications and monitor for side effects and interactions.
• Maintain patient safety and assist in restraints when necessary.
• Triage and refer to inpatient or outpatient services per policy.
