Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of signal integrity and artifact troubleshooting.

• Familiarity with infection prevention and aseptic techniques.
• Understanding HIPAA and patient confidentiality.
• Current RPSGT certification.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

• 2+ years of clinical polysomnography experience.
• Associate degree or equivalent in Polysomnography.

Responsibilities

• Perform and evaluate overnight polysomnograms, including PAP titration and split-night studies.
• Apply electrodes and sensors per published standards.
• Conduct and monitor respiratory monitoring procedures.
• Ensure signal integrity and troubleshoot artifacts.
• Calibrate equipment and perform routine maintenance.
• Educate patients about sleep disorders and provide comfort coaching.
• Generate detailed reports of polysomnographic results.
• Maintain infection control and aseptic techniques.
• Protect patient confidentiality per HIPAA.
