We are a team of clinicians, educators, professionals, and students alike supporting clients in diverse specialties and settings. Clinical Staffing Associates (CSA) is a division of CCA that focuses on high-quality clinical and educational staffing services, offering both independent contractor (1099) and traditional employment (W2) arrangements. Associates are well compensated for their education and experience, with access to performance-based incentives that have no caps or restrictions. We serve a wide range of healthcare, corporate, and school-based clients throughout Michigan and beyond.

Roles

CCA offers part-time and full-time roles for clinicians, educators, and other select professions. A typical provider will deliver direct clinical services, educational instruction, and/or role other duties related to a given role. Providers will participate in ongoing training, maintain compliance with regulatory and organizational policies, and contribute to quality improvement initiatives. Roles may involve work in healthcare facilities, corporate settings, or school settings, depending on assignment and professional qualifications.
