What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and refine AI prompts to generate high-quality clinical output for review
- Collaborate with data scientists and machine learning engineers to fine-tune models on specialized healthcare datasets
- Create metrics and methodologies to evaluate the quality of generated responses and iterate on prompts
- Ensure adherence to ethical guidelines for AI-generated responses

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Current BCBA certification with 5+ years of clinical experience in clinic and/or home-based services
- Proficiency in conducting and interpreting common ABA assessments (e.g., VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, AFLS, FBAs)
- Extensive experience in treatment planning, goal writing, and progress monitoring
- Strong technical understanding of behavioral principles and ABA methodologies
- Strong analytical and technical writing abilities
