Job summary

Syneos Health in Missouri is seeking a Sr. Project Specialist to provide project support across multiple clinical initiatives, balancing strategic and operational duties within Oncology and Cardiology contexts.

The role emphasizes collaboration with cross-functional teams, adoption of AI tools to boost efficiency, and a focus on advancing patient engagement and study execution while upholding our commitment to quality and compliance.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in clinical research, project coordination, or related roles.
• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Biology, Chemistry, or a related field.
• Experience working within a pharmaceutical company, CRO, or similar clinical research environment.
• Therapeutic area experience, preferably in Oncology and/or Cardiology.
• Experience using AI tools or creating AI agents/automations is highly preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide project support and administrative coordination across multiple initiatives.
• Act as a proactive team member, balancing both strategic and operational responsibilities.
• Support patient engagement, recruitment, and retention strategies for clinical studies, primarily within Oncology and Cardiology.
• Collaborate closely with internal cross-functional teams to support study execution and project objectives.
• Contribute to process improvements and help drive project initiatives forward with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
• Leverage AI tools and automation solutions to improve team efficiency and support project-related activities.
