Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a Sr. Project Specialist to provide cross-functional project support within Oncology and Cardiology clinical studies. The role involves coordinating initiatives, partnering with internal teams, and driving process improvements. AI tools usage is encouraged to boost efficiency.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in clinical research, project coordination, or related roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Biology, Chemistry, or a related field.
• Experience with pharmaceutical company, CRO, or similar clinical research environment.
• Therapeutic area experience, preferably Oncology and/or Cardiology.
• Experience using AI tools or creating AI agents/automations is highly preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide project support and administrative coordination across multiple initiatives.
• Act as a proactive team member, balancing both strategic and operational responsibilities.
• Support patient engagement, recruitment, and retention strategies for clinical studies, primarily within Oncology and Cardiology.
• Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams to support study execution and project objectives.
• Contribute to process improvements and help drive project initiatives forward with ownership and accountability.
• Leverage AI tools and automation solutions to improve team efficiency and support project-related activities.
