Judi Health, LLC is seeking a Clinical Programs Manager to develop and optimize clinical programs for pharmacy and medical benefits. You will collaborate with analytics, product, finance, marketing, client services, sales, operations, and vendors to ensure value and quality.

You will own the lifecycle of programs, support go-to-market efforts, and work with customers to drive clinical and financial outcomes.

Competenze

2+ years in health plan/PBM/managed care and/or completion of a PGY1 Managed Care Pharmacy Residency or fellowship.
Excellent communication (oral and written) and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a hybrid, fast-paced environment.
Experience with clinical analytics and large data sets.

Mansioni

Program development, implementation and maintenance across all lines of business.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan, implement and manage programs.
Maintain clinical program resources, including drug lists, SOPs and training materials.
Provide pharmacist expertise for workflow, outreach, and clinical decision-making.
Oversee third-party vendors administering clinical programs with emphasis on disease management.
Support go-to-market strategy, pricing, marketing and implementation of clinical products.
Assist with RFI/RFP submissions and program launches.
Monitor program performance, claims activity and reporting requirements.
Identify operational trends and recommend process improvements.
Assist with staff training, onboarding and development; serve as preceptor as required.
