Qualifications

• BSN is required.
• Current NY RN license and applicable certifications are required.
• 4-8 years of relevant experience and 2-5 years of leadership/management experience.
• Certification in holistic nursing is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with nurse leadership to establish care standards and evaluates staff compliance.
• Oversees operational, personnel, and financial aspects of the program as needed.
• Provides education for professional staff and facilitates research, data collection, and publications.
• Ensures culturally sensitive patient care and maintains a safe, caring environment.
• Serves as an internal resource for staff and as an external resource for pre-hospital providers.

Bachelor of Science in Nursing
