Job summary

TGTHR is seeking a Clinical Program Manager in Boulder, CO to lead a 1440 Pine housing and supportive services team. You will supervise clinicians, interns, and housing staff, drive trauma-informed and harm-reduction strategies, and build community partnerships to deliver services to youth exiting homelessness.

You will manage clinical operations, ensure Medicaid compliance, and contribute to program evaluation.

Qualifications

• Active mental health license (LPC/LCSW/LMFT).
• Meet DORA requirements for clinical supervisor.
• 3 years of licensed clinical experience; 2 years leading a diverse team.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a diverse team of Housing Case Managers, Clinicians, and staff.
• Oversee TGTHR’s clinical work across programs and track outcomes toward goals.
• Carry a caseload, complete assessments, and create treatment plans for clients.
• Ensure Medicaid and billing documentation compliance.
• Develop program budgets and monitor expenditures.
