Job summary

Springbrook NY Inc. in New York seeks a Clinical/Program Supervisor to oversee educational and clinical programming for children in a NY Chapter 853 residential school program.

This role involves observing learning behaviors, evaluating progress, coordinating activities, and guiding program modifications. The candidate will train and supervise staff, support leadership with administrative tasks, and ensure IEP/BSP goals are met while maintaining compliance with agency policies and ethical

Qualifications

• Must have supervisory experience and ability to lead teams.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills required.
• Ability to design and implement data collection systems and interpret results.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Word; ability to learn additional software.

Responsibilities

• Recommend evidence-based methods of assessment and instruction.
• Supervise staff members (approve timesheets, provide corrective action and training).
• Coordinate and schedule student program reviews with CSE chair and lead teacher(s).
• Manage projects and outcomes aligned with Department initiatives and goals.
• Participate in screenings to determine referral appropriateness.
• Conduct site checks for quality assurance and programmatic compliance.
• Ensure consistency of student programming across home and school settings.
• Assess and improve staff competencies and service plan implementation via training.
• Support leadership in administrative functions and initiatives.
• Support student attainment of IEP and BSP goals.
• Adhere to agency policies, oversight regulations and ethical guidelines.
• All other duties as assigned by supervisor.
