The ideal candidate has at least five years in program management within healthcare or public health, with strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, public health, business administration, nursing, health sciences, or a related field.
  • At least five years of progressively responsible experience in program management, healthcare operations, clinical research, public health, or related area, including at least two years leading projects or multidisciplinary teams.
  • Ability to manage project plans, budgets, deliverables, risks, and partner relationships; coordinate multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong communication, organization, facilitation, and problem-solving skills; collaborate with clinical, research, administrative, and community partners.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain project plans defining scope, objectives, tasks, leads, milestones, and deadlines across projects.
  • Coordinate launch readiness, staffing, training, facilities, equipment, documentation, and approvals.
  • Monitor participation, engagement, retention, and completion; address access barriers and improve participant experience.
  • Prepare progress reports, presentations, and documentation for leadership, sponsors, and stakeholders; track milestones and deliverables.
  • Manage project budgets with program leads, finance, and grants administration; track expenditures and variances.
