Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a related field with an independent license (LCPC/LMFT/LCSW).
• Experience with mental health diagnoses and co-occurring substance use disorder.
• Knowledge of community resources in Will and Grundy counties.

Responsibilities

• Oversee FCC services, policies, and grant-related activities.
• Maintain records, databases, and statistics.
• Monitor program goals and outcomes and adapt as needed.
• Supervise FCC staff and provide training.
• Provide individual therapy and develop treatment plans.
• Submit Medicaid mental health billing timely.
