Job summary

AWARE is seeking a LCPC/LCSW-licensed clinician to join our Great Falls, MT team as a full-time clinical supervisor. You will supervise clinical programs, counsel clients one-to-one, review records, and collaborate with the care team to tailor treatment plans for adults, children, and families.

The role emphasizes data-driven progress, crisis planning, and seamless use of our EMR system, with strong focus on an inclusive, supportive work environment and opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Psychology or Social Work with licensure.
• One year direct work experience in a clinical setting.
• Licensed LCPC or LCSW in Montana is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical program supervision per policy and rules.
• Counsel clients one-to-one to address mental health issues.
• Interview clients, review records, and confer with professionals.
• Collaborate with supervisors and staff to plan coordinated treatment.
• Monitor and record client progress toward treatment goals.
• Refer clients and families to community resources for recovery.
• Provide clinical assistance to other staff as needed.
• May provide consultation, evaluation, and treatment services.
• Engage with consumers and families to solve problems as they arise.
• Attend mandatory trainings, in-services, and team meetings.
• Develop crisis plans and respond 24/7 as needed.
• Record data using AWARE EMR and maintain accuracy.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
