Job summary

AWARE, Missoula, MT, is seeking a Lead Clinical Program Supervisor to guide our clinical teams and oversee program delivery. This full-time role centers on quality care, collaboration with a multidisciplinary staff, and ensuring alignment with treatment goals for youths, adults, and families.

Applicants must hold an advanced degree in Psychology or Social Work, maintain LCPC or LCSW licensure, and possess a Montana driver’s license. AWARE values growth, inclusion, and compassionate service.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field required.
• LCPC or LCSW license in good standing and Montana Driver’s License.
• Experience supervising clinical programs and staff.

Responsibilities

• Provides clinical program supervision according to policy and regulations.
• Coordinate treatment plans with supervisors, staff physicians, and others.
• Monitor, evaluate and record client progress toward treatment goals.
• Refer clients and families to community resources as needed.
• Conduct or supervise consultation, evaluation, and treatment services.
• Document monthly treatment summaries and update plans as needed.
• Utilize EMR system for data entry and reporting.
• Participate in mandatory trainings and team meetings.
